\u00ab\u00a0Les grandes surfaces lorgnent le pactole des m\u00e9dicaments en vente libre\u00a0\u00bb (\u00ab\u00a024 heures\u00a0\u00bbdu 6 ao\u00fbt 2018)<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Le fait que les grands distributeurs s\u2019int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 vendre les m\u00e9dicaments que la population peut se procurer sans ordonnance m\u00e9dicale n\u2019est pas nouveau. Le porte-parole de Migros, Mme Lisa Asticher, affirme que le g\u00e9ant orange souhaite que les produits th\u00e9rapeutiques non probl\u00e9matiques puissent \u00eatre distribu\u00e9s librement dans les supermarch\u00e9s. Parmi les m\u00e9dicaments cit\u00e9s, on trouve des stimulants cardiovasculaires \u00e0 l\u2019aub\u00e9pine, au ginseng ou au ginkgo. D\u00e9cid\u00e9ment, elle et moi n\u2019avons pas fait les m\u00eames \u00e9tudes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mme Asticher pr\u00e9cise en effet que ces produits peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en autom\u00e9dication sans danger. C\u2019est faux. Les personnes qui prennent des m\u00e9dicaments anticoagulants (fluidifiants du sang) doivent s\u2019abstenir de consommer des produits \u00e0 base de ginkgo\u00a0: des cas de saignements spontan\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9s. Pour la m\u00eame raison, il est recommand\u00e9 de cesser la prise de ginkgo trois ou quatre jours avant une intervention chirurgicale. Et ce n\u2019est pas tout, les extraits de ginkgo interagissent potentiellement avec de nombreux m\u00e9dicaments tels l\u2019aspirine (risque de saignement), les anti\u00e9pileptiques (risque de convulsions), les diur\u00e9tiques (risque d\u2019hypertension art\u00e9rielle) \u2026 et j\u2019en passe. Les m\u00e9dicaments ne sont pas de banales marchandises avec lesquelles on peut faire du 3 pour 2. Les lois du march\u00e9 ne s\u2019appliquent pas puisque le devoir est de \u00ab\u00a0vendre juste\u00a0\u00bb et non de \u00ab\u00a0vendre plus\u00a0\u00bb.
