Vintage 1939-40 Packard Spotlight - this item is a used spotlight with mounting brackets, control arm, switch, etc. Turning the shaft allows the light to swivel on a horizontal plane although the control knob is not functional. Not sure if the electrical part or the bulb works. The chrome is decent but pitted as shown in the pictures. Seems pretty complete in that it has a switch, wires with a braided cover and the mounting hardware. This is a hard to find item. Listed as poor only because of uncertainty that it works.
