The canvas is loose on the frame and needs a bit of stretching, it has a bit of paint cracking and could use touch up in spots & around the edge has some wear where it has been loose, and one part has a little stretch, the frame has your typical Vintage wear it is not broken or cracked
this seems to be a Caribbean or maybe from South America oil painting it is signed and I cannot make the signature
To be honest I'm not sure if this is oil paint or acrylic or water colour or some other type of paint, the paint is shiney maybe the oil painting has a lacquer over it.
Definitely a OOAK

This was framed in Jacksonville, FL @ CHAO framing inc.
It's a nice painting with vivid colors and a good restoration this would look Great
